ADDITIONAL HOUSE INFORMATION
Guests have full access to the homestead, surrounding lawns and garden within the inner cottage fence line.
Guests must be aware that work to the land or outbuildings may occur during a guests stay.
Guests must maintain all gates to the property are closed to ensure roaming cattle are kept within the confines of the property.
For guests safety, please do not enter any out-buildings located on the property. This includes the cattle yard, sheds & old cottage. Do not climb up any trees or on top of any water tanks.
Upon checkout please clean and put away any used kitchenware, cutlery, crockery, utensils. Please also utilise the bins provided for the household garbage.
Please do not use excessive amounts of water and please ensure all taps are completely turned off to ensure no water wastage.
Most insects are harmless and can be killed with bug spray which is also provided. Please note that being on a farm the chances of crossing paths with insects are more likely than in metropolitan areas.
Snakes are occasionally seen at or around the cottage. Please understand that we are living in their territory and occasionally they may pass through.
