The NBN/Wi-Fi (unlimited data) and Samsung smart TV, complete the picture and makes family movie night/streaming a breeze.

The upper-level has three bedrooms, each with water views. The master king bedroom has a private balcony with north-east ocean views, generous ensuite and large built-in robes. The remaining two bedrooms have a queen bed and two singles. A well sized bathroom with shower, bath & toilet also services this level.

On the entry level is a multi-function room used as a fourth bedroom or study, equipped with a set of single bunk beds, a desk and chair- perfect for working from home.

Downstairs the generously sized fifth bedroom offers two king beds, digital piano and twin lounge chairs. This space also has a second Samsung smart TV and is a great place for the kids to watch their own movies. This level is complete with bathroom and kitchenette facilities incorporated into the laundry (washer, dryer and fridge) making this area ideal for the grandparents, teenagers or extra guests. The garage has a second dryer and second family-sized double door fridge ideal for those larger groups.

A restful sunroom is located off the kitchen & dining area equipped with day bed and breakfast table, perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon wine whist watching the waves. Warning - there will be fights to see who spends the afternoon on the sun bed.

The rear yard is fully fenced with your own private gate access to the beach reserve leading to the main patrolled beach in Tuross. The backyard is complete with outdoor shower, Weber BBQ, oversized sun umbrella, outdoor table (seating 10) and sun-chairs - perfect for dining or lounging in the sun with a book after lunch.

Included in your stay is all bedding (sheets, doonas &pillows) towels, tea towels and tea/coffee facilities with a Nespresso Vertuo machine and milk frother. The only thing you will need to bring is beach towels, personal items and your preferred Nespresso coffee pods.

The house sleeps a maximum of 12 guests and is a non-smoking property.
